Ajisen Rewards Terms & Conditions

By participating in Ajisen Rewards ("Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Membership

• Ajisen Rewards is free to join.

• Membership is intended for individual customers only and is non-transferable.

​

Earning Points

• Members earn points on eligible purchases made at participating Ajisen Ramen Canada locations.

• Taxes, gratuities, gift card purchases, third-party delivery orders, and certain promotional items may not earn points.

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Redeeming Rewards

• Points may be redeemed only for eligible rewards offered through the Program.

• Reward availability, redemption values, and eligibility requirements may change from time to time.

• Rewards are subject to availability and may vary by location.

• Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction.

• Redeemed rewards must be used within fourteen (14) days of redemption unless otherwise specified.

Points Expiration

• Points expire after 365 consecutive days of account inactivity.

• Expired points cannot be reinstated except where required by applicable law.

Tier Status

• Tier qualifications and benefits are determined by Program rules established by Ajisen.

• Tier benefits and qualification requirements may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Fraud and Abuse

• Ajisen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of the Program, duplicate accounts, or violations of these Terms.

• Improperly earned points or rewards may be removed without notice.

Program Changes

• Ajisen may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including points, rewards, tiers, benefits, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time.

Privacy

• Participation in Ajisen Rewards is subject to the Ajisen Ramen Canada Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
