Ramen Made With Heart
Ajisen Ramen was founded on the island of Kyushu, Japan over 50 years ago by Mr. Takaharu Shigemitsu. The very first bowl of Ajisen Ramen was made for his daughter, who always expressed her love for his ramen. With the same recipes passed down generations later, the name AJISEN means "a thousand tastes" and perfectly embodies the carefully crafted flavours of our ramen.
Ingredients Straight From Japan
As one of the first ramen brands from Japan that opened in Toronto (2005), we are proud to serve Kyushu-style ramen, which features a unique style of straight noodles that pair perfectly with our broths. All of our noodles are made using a special blend of water and flour that has been passed down since the very first Ajisen Ramen location in 1968. Our mission is to spread our passion and joy of eating ramen, all while providing great food and unforgettable dining experiences.
